Please be advised that Adobe have released a beta version of Air 3.5 which rolls back the Encrypted Local Store functionality (which was causing the application not to start) to that found in Air 3.3.
This version has been tested internally and the DealFinder application works as expected when run with Air 3.5.
It is expected that the release version of Air 3.5 will be pushed out by Adobe within the next week or so.
In the meantime if you would like to install the beta version it can be downloaded from here:

Please be advised that the current issue being experienced by users of the DealFinder application after upgrading to Adobe Air 3.4 has been acknowledged as a bug on their side.
They have subsequently disabled the automatic updating of users to v3.4 until a fix has been implemented.
We would therefore still advise that users who have upgraded to v3.4 and who are currently unable to use the DealFinder software follow the instructions in our previous post and downgrade to v3.3 until a revised update is pushed out by Adobe.

Please be advised that their appears to be a problem with the latest version of Adobe Air (3.4) which prevents the DealFinder application from starting up.
The problem manifests itself after you have updated Adobe Air to v3.4 and on trying to start DealFinder a grey box called 'client' momentarily comes on screen with OK / Cancel buttons, it then disappears and the app whilst running is unresponsive.
If possible we would advise users not to upgrade Adobe Air to v3.4 until we have resolved this problem. There are no issues with the app and Adobe Air v3.3.
To uninstall Adobe Air 3.4 runtime from windows, follow the steps below:
Exit the DealFinder application by right clicking the tray icon and selecting exit.
1) Go to Start / Control Panel
2) Double click the ‘Add and Remove programs’ or ‘Programs and Features’ icon (dependent on the version of Windows being run)
3) Click the ‘Remove’ button next to Adobe Air
To uninstall from an Apple Mac:
1) Double click the ‘Adobe Air Uninstaller’ placed in the Applications folder
To install Adobe Air 3.3 or less, follow the steps below:
Please install an Adobe Air runtime (NOT SDK) 3.3 or less from this page, there are both PC and Mac versions available.
Once installed you will get prompted to update, please select ‘install later’. Please dismiss any further update prompts regarding Adobe Air until further notice.
DealFinder will now function as expected.
We are currently investigating the issue and will advise advise as soon as possible when a fix is available.
